Where do you ship from?
We ship from Lagos, Nigeria, and London, UK, subject to where the order is going to. Packaging and delivery are handled carefully to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not yet, we ship only in Nigeria and the UK. Shipping costs are estimated and included in the invoice based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your order before delivery, as each order is treated as a unique piece.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. We can only offer replacements for damaged or defective items.
